MP Welcomes ‘Space to Grow’ Plan for Malvern Businesses

By Uncategorised

WEST WORCESTERSHIRE MP Harriett Baldwin has welcomed a new office facility which has opened up in Malvern to help new and existing businesses to grow fast.

The MP attended the launch of Open Space Business Centre which offers Grade A Office Space for existing local business to grow and to attract new business into the area.

The new business centre has been launched by Sarah Stewart, who already runs a meeting room facility on the other side of Malvern.

This newly refurbished office space on Blackmore Park Road was unveiled at a VIP Launch last Friday (October 6th).

Harriett commented: “Across Malvern, we are seeing extra space emerging for companies of all sizes and significant investment is being allocated to create the right conditions for economic growth.

“I first met up with Sarah when she was running a networking event for entrepreneurs and she clearly sees a gap in the market to support emerging business talent.

“The new offices are wonderfully re-furbished in an ideal location and I hope that budding business owners will take advantage of this great space to grow fast.”

Sarah Stewart said: “At Open Space we want to create the perfect space for businesses to thrive and to grow. Malvern is a fantastic place to work and live and by providing great quality office space we can keep our local businesses local and bring new businesses to the area.

“Our model for office space is flexible and fully serviced meaning we provide everything for our tenants from furniture to 100Mb internet. We can provide virtual office for businesses working from home, desk space for those that are growing and private offices for any type of business.

“Our aim is to help our tenants to concentrate on running their businesses without having to spend time on the practicalities of running an office.”
