International Conference Services (ICS) was the appointed event manager for APacCHRIE Conference 2021 organised and hosted by SHATEC Institutes Pte Ltd (SHATEC). The event was held from 2 to 4 June 2021.
The ICS team was professional and was able to work seamlessly with the client under a tight timeline to ensure the overall success of the event. In terms of communications and follow ups, the staff were prompt and efficient, frequently providing effective solutions to help overcome challenges encountered. The team also demonstrated expert knowledge and strong experience in managing events which enabled them to understand customer’s needs quickly and help the event organizer make informed decisions confidently.
The event had received positive feedbacks for both the technical aspects (e.g. design of virtual platform) as well as service levels (e.g. managing speakers’ enquiries). The ICS team’s contribution is instrumental to the overall success of the APacCHRIE Conference 2021. On behalf of the 6th Singapore Mental Health Conference (SMHC 2021) Organising Committee, we would like to thank International Conference Services (ICS) for helping us to make our first ever virtual conference a success.
